




**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Handle calls according to the response times and service protocols established by the company. \- Record reported incidents—such as requests, complaints, failures, routine tasks, and preventive maintenance—in the system, following established procedures. \- Forward work orders to the corresponding departments. \- Verify in the system that descriptions and/or assignments to departments are accurate, per established procedures. \- Generate daily reports (system records of work orders). \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **EDUCATION:** Completed secondary education and/or completed or ongoing technical studies. **TRAINING:** Preferably basic proficiency in Office tools (Word/Excel) and/or typing courses. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of three months’ experience in call center operator roles and/or other customer service-related positions is preferred. **EMPLOYMENT MODALITY:** On-site Rotating shift schedule Payroll: 14 salaries per year \+ bonuses Position type: Full-time, permanent Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
