Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial electricity or mechanics to ensure the operational continuity of equipment and production lines, actively participating in continuous improvement. P MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Electricity, Maintenance Technology, or Industrial Mechanics * Minimum 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Early Morning **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Repair equipment malfunctions during the assigned shift to ensure equipment reliability. * Record shift-related incidents in the SAP system and report equipment failures to the Supervisor for timely identification. * Inspect and/or ensure the supply of auxiliary services for production and packaging operations. * Inspect and/or communicate pending tasks to guarantee production line operability. * Ensure and/or execute compliance with SIG standards in daily activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Provide support for additional duties delegated by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Offer includes: Formal employment registration + Base salary (General Regime) + Statutory benefits + Company benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, team-based work environment.
