**Job Description:** **LEPSA** is a Peruvian company that designs, manufactures, and installs corrosion-resistant industrial equipment made from FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) and thermoplastics. We primarily serve companies in the mining and fishing sectors, providing solutions for demanding industrial processes. **Requirements:** Industrial, mechanical, civil, or electrical engineer, or related field. Minimum 3 years of project management experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects or mining projects. **Knowledge:** Basic tools: Office, MS Project, etc. Preparation of project progress reports. Cost control and preparation of cost projections. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred). Familiarity with quality assurance procedures (ISO 9001). **Responsibilities:** Execute projects within schedule and budget. Interact with and coordinate activities directly with the client. Generate control reports and management indicators. Serve internal clients. Support other production departments.
