Occupational Health Evaluator - La Oroya

We are a company responsible for providing Occupational Health Management services in Mining Operations and Clinics, as well as Health Surveillance programs. We require personnel for the position of OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH EVALUATOR at our Carhuacoto site. **Requirements:** * **Licensed, registered, and certified Medical Surgeon.** * Minimum: 01 year of work experience and/or pre-professional practices. * General knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health. Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health (Desirable). * Reside in Pasco or La Oroya. **Responsibilities:** * Verify the operation of equipment, computer systems, and environment. * Properly receive and identify the user. * Clearly explain the physical examination process to the user, obtaining their signed consent before starting. * **Perform occupational medical tests according to what is defined in the quality plan. (The tests performed are those listed in the episodes of the Chaman HIS.)** * Actively participate in the induction process of new medical staff joining the clinic, as well as in trainings assigned by the safety department and/or medical management. * Conduct a complete and accurate physical examination according to organizational procedures. * **Determine fitness for occupational medical exams based on the fitness criteria defined in each client's quality plan.** * **Prepare return-to-work reports and resolve observations.** * **Meet daily targets.** * Ensure correct recording of personal history, family history, surgical medical history, allergies, medications, immunizations, physical exam findings, and other important data in the occupational software (Chaman). **Histories must be verified against the sworn declaration recorded by the evaluated individual.** * Maintain assigned equipment in proper condition. * Identify and consolidate non-conforming processes within the area. * Identify and report non-conformities. * **Promptly identify and report incidents (logistical, infrastructure, instrumentation), and technological issues (Chaman errors, computers, internet) via servicedesk.** * **Report overtime hours generated, supported by evidence from Chaman.** * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Submit professional performance assessment monthly to the clinic administrator. **Benefits:** **Competitive market salary.** * Positive work environment. * Ongoing training.
