On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Fund Administrator (Pisco) Requirements: * \- Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * \- Specialization in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable. * \- Financial knowledge to plan and meet budgets. * \- Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Fund Administrator, Agricultural Administrator, or similar positions within agro-export companies. * \- Management of petty cash. * \- Knowledge of and experience handling municipal procedures and INDECI-related formalities. * \- Basic English proficiency. * \- Intermediate Excel skills. Responsibilities: * **Design and implement actions ensuring alignment of fund processes with current certification standards and operational requirements.** * Propose and implement administrative and technical measures to ensure proper management and control of fund assets. * **Manage interactions with SENASA, ANA, ALA, and JUDRI, including declarations, procedures, payments, and control processes.** * Prepare, execute, and monitor Opex and Capex budgets for the Fund’s Administration Department. * **Supervise the documentary and operational support for the fund’s vehicle fleet.** Position type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
