**Job Objective** Provide support in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's **Integrated Management System (IMS)**, ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards and Peruvian legislation regarding quality, safety, environment, and compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Support IMS documentation management (manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records). * Assist in monitoring and analyzing **performance indicators** (KPIs). * Support in the **identification and evaluation of risks** and environmental aspects. * Participate in the planning and execution of **internal and certification audits**. * Track **corrective, preventive, and improvement actions**. * Keep the applicable Peruvian **legal compliance matrix** updated. * Provide support in internal training related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, or other standards. * Prepare management reports and assist the **IMS Coordinator/Manager** in management reviews. **Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in quality, safety, environment, or integrated management systems (desirable). * **Knowledge:** * ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 37001, or others). * Peruvian legislation on OHS and Environment. * Document management tools. * Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced Excel). * **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Results-oriented. * Teamwork. * Effective communication.
