




Job Summary: Support accounting and tax functions, including voucher recording, reconciliations, and closings, to maintain up-to-date documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in accounting and tax processes. 2. Management of bank reconciliations and account control. 3. Assistance in accounting closings and audits. Record payment vouchers (invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes). Perform bank reconciliations. Assist in preparing monthly tax filings (PDT, PLAME, IGV, Income Tax). Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. Record accounting entries in the system. Assist in monthly accounting closings. Review accounting and tax documentation. Maintain physical and digital files up to date. Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper operational substantiation. Assist in internal and external audits.
