**MBA Contadores \& Asociados** is looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to join our team on a major civil construction project in the province of La Oroya. **Functions:** * Record and manage staff (employees and workers) onboarding. * Process SCTR (Complementary Work Risk Insurance) and Life Law Insurance. * Manage and coordinate occupational medical examinations. * Register employee hires and terminations in our internal system and with SUNAT. * Monitor and track worker attendance at the project site. * Prepare payroll sheets for construction workers. * Draft and update employment contracts for staff personnel. * Perform other administrative procedures related to personnel management. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in the civil construction sector. * Knowledge and experience with personnel registration systems and administrative procedures. * Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. * Proactive attitude, positive mindset, and strong teamwork abilities. * Familiarity with SCTR, Life Law Insurance, and SUNAT processes is desirable. * Availability to work in the province of La Oroya. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development on a large-scale project. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Positive work environment and opportunities for career growth within the company.
