Being part of an innovative and challenging project. **MBA Contadores \& Asociados** is seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** to join our team on a major civil construction project in the province of La Oroya. **Responsibilities:** * Registering and monitoring staff entry (employees and workers). * Processing SCTR (Supplementary Risk Work Insurance) and Life Insurance under Law. * Managing and coordinating occupational medical examinations. * Recording staff hiring and termination in our internal system and with SUNAT. * Monitoring and tracking worker attendance at the project site. * Preparing daily work logs for construction workers. * Drafting and updating employment contracts for staff personnel. * Performing other administrative tasks related to personnel management. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * One year of experience in similar roles, preferably in the civil construction sector. * Familiarity with personnel registration systems and administrative procedures. * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. * Proactive attitude, positive mindset, and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of SCTR, Life Insurance under Law, and SUNAT processes is desirable. * Willingness to work in the province of La Oroya. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development in a large-scale project. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Positive work environment and opportunity for career growth within the company.
