Greenbox is the leading company in the production and export of dehydrated fruits and vegetables. It currently needs to increase its supply volumes and, therefore, seeks to strengthen its workforce by hiring professionals who contribute to the company's growth. What challenges will you face? - Preparation of payroll registers. - Preparation of employment contracts. - Calculation of CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, vacation pay, overtime, etc. - Other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor. What do we expect from you? - Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, etc. - Knowledge of payroll preparation for at least 20 employees - Knowledge of CTS, bonus, vacation, overtime calculations, etc. - Knowledge of Life Insurance Law and SCTR (Occupational Safety and Health Risk Insurance) - Knowledge of employment contract preparation - Minimum 1 year of experience as a payroll assistant or assistant · Work location: Greenbox Plant in Tarma, Junín Employment type: Independent contractor (honorarium receipt) Duration: Temporary (3 months) Salary: S/1200 - S/1400 (subject to evaluation) Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:45 pm Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:15 pm If you have a proactive attitude and are enthusiastic about improving efficiency and effectiveness, this position could be ideal for you.
