Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise the operational shift at a metallurgical complex, leading teams and ensuring production, safety, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Manage compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations. **WE ARE SEEKING A SHIFT SUPERVISOR** **Metalurgia Business Perú S.A.A.** is looking for a professional to supervise the operational shift at the La Oroya Metallurgical Complex project, leading teams and ensuring production, safety, and quality standards. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise project operations during each shift (furnaces, casting, molding, and demolding), ensuring production, safety, and quality standards, and preparing shift reports to ensure operational continuity between shifts. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations among all personnel under supervision, and fulfill supervisor obligations established in Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM. * Delegate and supervise operational staff tasks across various process areas. * Coordinate maintenance of critical equipment to minimize plant downtime. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate and licensed Metallurgical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or related field, with a valid Professional Engineers’ Council of Peru (CIP) registration. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar positions, preferably in the metallurgical or mining sector. * **Knowledge:** Metallurgical casting processes, mining safety regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM), and intermediate MS Office proficiency for reporting and KPIs. * **Competencies:** Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. * **Availability:** On-site work in La Oroya, rotating shifts (day and night), temporary contract based on project needs. **Application Process:** Applicants must submit a documented Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a valid Unique Labor Certificate (CUL), from June 23 until July 03, 2026: * **La Oroya:** Administrative offices of Metalurgia Business Perú S.A.A.
