Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to provide on-site equipment support at two main branches, executing actions coordinated remotely and submitting service evidence. Key Highlights: 1. Connectivity support in two stores 2. Network support: Disconnecting/connecting devices and cables 3. Execution of actions directed by the remote team We are looking for a technician based in **Tarma** to provide on-site equipment support at our two main branches in the city (EFE and La Curacao). **Main Responsibilities (On-site Assistance)** * **Dual Support:** Connectivity support for both stores (EFE and LC Tarma). * **Network Support:** Disconnecting/connecting network devices and cables as instructed. * **Directed Actions:** Executing actions coordinated remotely by the TM2 team. * **Documentation:** Submitting photographs as service evidence. **Requirements** * **Knowledge:** Basic technical support and networking skills. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of technical work experience. * **Mandatory PPE:** Must possess **safety boots and helmet** (mandatory). * **Location:** Must reside in Tarma (immediate availability required). **Terms and Compensation** * **Payment:** Between **S/ 50.00 and S/ 60.00 per device** serviced. * **Benefit:** As there are two stores, the technician can handle a higher volume of devices. * **Daily Income:** Estimated between **S/ 100.00 and S/ 180.00** per store. * **Duration:** Project lasting 1 to 2 weeks.
