We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario and this time we are looking for **RIGGERS** to join our team at **MINERA CHINALCO PERU**, located in Junin at 4500masl. **FUNCTIONS:** * Perform lifting operations on the project, respecting equipment capacities and established safety regulations. * Verify and assess risks in the work area, applying established procedures and standards. * Know and apply proper load rigging techniques using slings, shackles, and hooks, considering capacities, specifications, and characteristics of the load to be lifted. * Use personal protective equipment (hard hat, goggles, vest, gloves, footwear, and other items required by daily job demands as defined in procedures) at all times. * Properly secure the work area and remove unauthorized personnel from activities. * Care for and protect company assets assigned for proper performance of duties (radios, retractable lanyards, harnesses, pulleys, vehicles, among others). * Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence. * Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EDUCATION:** * Technical personnel with lifting activities experience. * Documented competency through courses and/or certifications from previous workplaces. **EXPERIENCE**: * Minimum of 3 years of certified experience in industrial, mining, construction, civil works, assembly, lifting, maintenance shutdowns, and related fields. **AVAILABILITY:** * Available to work under a 14x7 schedule or other special or alternative shift arrangements according to operational needs. * Willingness to travel throughout the country. **KNOWLEDGE**: * Knowledge of hand signals for lifting operations based on ASME\-B30\.5 standard. * Extensive knowledge of lifting operations. * Teamwork ability. * Effective communication skills. * Proactive work attitude and positive mindset aligned with continuous improvement.
