A leading company in the Agricultural sector is seeking talented professionals like you for the Maintenance Department in the position of ***PLANNING ASSISTANT.*** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** Ø Technical or university degrees in related fields: civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, maintenance engineering. Ø Minimum 1 year of experience in operational or administrative activities within infrastructure maintenance. Ø Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, scheduling, document control, operational support, or similar functions. Ø Training or knowledge in activity planning and scheduling (desirable). Ø Basic knowledge of resource management or maintenance. Ø Intermediate Excel skills. Ø Experience with AutoCAD and advanced SketchUp. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** · Development of work plans, schedules, and operational and maintenance activity programming. · Collection, organization, and validation of technical, operational, and documentary information required for service plans. · Monitoring of activity compliance, reporting deviations or alerts to the planner or Maintenance Manager. · Supervision of resource management, verifying availability of personnel, tools, equipment, and materials. · Preparation of basic progress, productivity, and resource utilization reports. · Development and updating of databases, records, and operational reports. · Internal coordination with departments to ensure required information is available. · Support in identifying basic operational risks and communicating incidents to the Maintenance and Infrastructure Manager. ***WE OFFER:*** Ø Compensation: S/ 2300 Ø Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Interested candidates please contact 977884908 Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your academic degree? * Are you available to start immediately? * Please provide your current phone number Work Location: On-site employment
