Job Summary: Support the comprehensive management of commercial and logistics processes, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure fulfillment of requirements and proper document control. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Register sales and orders in the company's system. * Prepare and track requirements and purchase orders. * Support the issuance, review, and management of commercial and logistics documentation (invoices, receipts, shipping guides, and other electronic vouchers). * Manage documentation generated through SUNAT and ensure its proper filing and control. * Prepare and track purchase orders and service orders. * Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to properly fulfill requirements. * Support procurement processes and quotation requests. * Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and other departments to ensure proper order fulfillment. * Perform picking and product verification activities for dispatch. * Complete and review product delivery reports. * Maintain up-to-date commercial and logistics documentation. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. * Full-time availability. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Organizational, communication, and customer service skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. * Willingness to work on-site in La Esperanza – Trujillo (Industrial Park). * Residency in nearby areas (preferred).
