Position Summary:
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or Statistician with experience in data analysis, quality control, and continuous improvement to monitor key performance indicators and optimize processes.

**Profile**:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Statistical Engineering.
* Availability for full-time work.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, quality control, continuous improvement, or related fields.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Basic knowledge of applied statistics (statistical process control, variability metrics).
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar).
* Basic understanding of databases and SQL (desirable).
* Knowledge of installed and operational capacity analysis for production processes/laboratory (desirable).
* Prior experience in laboratories, industrial companies, or the mining sector (desirable).
**Main Responsibilities**:
* Consolidate and monitor daily the number of retested samples and other operational KPIs.
* Analyze and report laboratory installed capacity against actual demand, identifying optimization opportunities.
* Track and analyze equipment maintenance data (preventive and corrective), downtime durations, and schedule compliance.
* Develop reports and control dashboards for monitoring quality and service performance indicators.
* Analyze result variability and support root cause identification jointly with the technical team.
* Support generation of information for non-conformities, corrective actions, and extension analysis submitted to INACAL.
* Prepare projections of equipment and supply needs based on consumption, production, and historical trend analysis.
