Currently, we are seeking a: Fresh Export Logistics Specialist ### **Responsibilities** **Your impact on our team:** Supervise and execute the export operations of fresh and frozen products, ensuring compliance with the shipment schedule and on-time delivery at destination. Immediately resolve any unforeseen issues that may affect the supply chain, thus guaranteeing customer satisfaction. **What will you do in this role?** * Generate and ensure Freight Purchase Orders are sent immediately to shipping lines upon vessel departure, or to airlines once air shipments are finalized. * Verify and control costs incurred during the export process – maritime and air freight. * Monitor the cost of the export process and ensure adherence to rates agreed with shipping lines and other operators negotiated by Camposol. * Ensure timely coordination with Allocation regarding shipment projections by creating forecasts to secure transportation space, either maritime or air (International). * Ensure timely coordination of shipment schedules from Camposol’s various loading countries, managing “booking” requests with shipping lines for container and vessel space allocation, as well as airline space when necessary. * Produce and review weekly reports on incidents, inefficiencies, or issues with shipping lines (maritime transport) to follow up and drive continuous improvement. * Manage and verify the timely entry of information and maritime transport data into the system. ### **Requirements** **The experience we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, International Business Administration, Management, or related fields. * At least 02 years of experience conducting distribution process analysis and foreign trade operations for fresh fruit (essential), and a total of 4 years of experience in maritime freight negotiation and logistics operations. * Knowledge of national and international export and import legislation, and insurance policy regulations for exports. * Knowledge of Incoterms 2010, UCP 600 rules - ISBP, export documents, and international collections. * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills * ERP SAP * Location: Lima **Camposol promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities and gender equity, providing equal conditions and benefits for women and men.**
