




Construction company is seeking to hire a Cost Control Assistant for office based in La Molina. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in civil engineering. * Minimum of one year (01) experience in the position, within companies dedicated to civil construction projects in general. * Advanced-level Excel skills, including pivot tables. * MS Project (Intermediate – Advanced) * Power BI (Intermediate) * S10 Cost and Budgeting (Advanced) * Starsoft (Basic) * Revit (Intermediate) **Knowledge:** * Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology. * Operating Result (RO). * Project management under PMI framework. * Weekly Production Report (ISP). * Construction control structures (based on project type). * Preparation of project costs and budgets. * Cost management in construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in coordinating with responsible parties regarding construction control format templates. * Assist in defining the Control Structure for new organizational projects (planning phase). * Assist in verifying and validating data entered into the control system (labor, equipment, third-party services, and materials). * Assist in reviewing, modifying, and extracting reports from the accounting system (Starsoft) for project control metrics. * Assist in gathering information from valuation records across various construction projects. * Assist in preparing Earned Value (EV), Operating Result (RO), and Production Report (IP) reports. * Assist in developing target budgets for projects (using S10 – Cost and Budgeting and MS Project). * Assist in meetings presenting results to General Management and the Site Operations Team. * Assist in preparing, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with meeting minutes agreements. **Position Type:** Full-time commitment (100%) Job type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
