* Plan, organize, and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly operational planning, validating the mining cycle and operational plans. * Monitor performance, productivity, and operational KPIs, issuing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Control equipment, resource, and service performance, proposing improvements to optimize productivity. * Evaluate compliance with operational standards and validate technical reports on drilling, blasting, and consumption. * Prepare, control, reconcile, and archive monthly operation valuations. * Evaluate and update Unit Prices and General Expenses, issuing technical\-economic reports on costs and profitability. * Analyze unproductive hours and operational costs for decision\-making. * Participate in Operations and Safety Committees with a technical\-economic focus. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, and 37001 systems, promoting quality, safety, energy efficiency, and transparency.
