Objective: To support personnel administration management, ensuring smooth process operations and contributing to a work environment aligned with company policies. What do we require from you? * University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management and Senior Leadership, Human Resources, Law, or Accounting. * Experience working in industrial companies. * Minimum of 2 years of experience performing similar duties. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work onsite in Los Olivos. What will be your main responsibilities? * Manage personnel (hiring, terminations). * Prepare weekly tasks and payroll sheets. * Conduct recruitment and selection of operational staff. * Prepare severance payments. * Draft employment contracts and upload them to the Ministry of Labor. * Provide support in social welfare management. * Personnel administration. * Assist in all job-related functions and those required by the department.
