Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to operate and maintain machinery, ensure operational continuity and quality, and participate in continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. P **PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Controls, Maintenance Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics * 1 year of production experience (work certificates verifying experience required). * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: Morning (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Afternoon (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and Night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate assigned equipment and/or machinery within the area to meet pre-established work schedules. * Identify and/or manage resolution of basic operational issues with equipment under their responsibility to ensure operational continuity under required quality, safety, and appearance standards. * Perform established quality tests for each piece of equipment/machinery, verifying reliability and alignment with corporate guidelines. * Carry out autonomous maintenance activities for machines within the work area to ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule and equipment reliability. * Execute tasks assigned during product process changes and scheduled cleanings as defined in the production plan to comply with corporate alignments and planning-defined timelines. * Ensure and/or execute compliance with SIG standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Attend company-scheduled meetings to participate in programs and support company objectives. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Other responsibilities **BENEFITS:** * Offered: Payroll registration + Competitive salary (General regime) + Statutory benefits + Company benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, team-based work environment.
