We are currently seeking a: **Warehouse and Dispatch Assistant** ### **Responsibilities** **Your impact on our team:** Support the Warehouse and Dispatch Manager, as well as assist in the processes of receiving, storing, and dispatching finished products, aligned with objectives set by Management and efficiently managing resources. **What will you do in this role?** * Assist in organizing and coordinating the dispatch schedule. * Monitor incoming and outgoing processes, including loading, storage, and dispatch of finished products in cold storage; promptly alert the immediate supervisor of any deviations. * Support management in preparing performance reports and developing KPIs for senior management. * Supervise accurate and timely recording of information—including notifications, transfers, consumption—and ensure proper product traceability. * Supervise correct issuance and registration of documentation for receiving, storage, and dispatch (e.g., shipping guides). * Perform daily task assignments for operational staff. ### **Requirements** **Experience we seek:** * Professionals holding degrees or diplomas in Industrial Engineering, Agro-Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Technical Studies, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Logistics Management and Inventory Control. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP ERP. * Must reside in Chao.
