Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered Civil Engineer to direct and supervise the comprehensive execution of construction projects, with experience in cost control, personnel management, and engineering software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct and supervise the comprehensive execution of civil works. 2. Prepare valuations, quantity take-offs, and technical reports. 3. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. **PROFILE: RESIDENT ENGINEER** **Position:** Resident Construction Engineer **Work Location:** Pataz Province, La Libertad Region **1. Academic Qualifications** * Civil Engineer, licensed and registered. **2. Professional Experience** * Minimum 5 years of verifiable post-licensure experience in civil construction project execution. * Knowledge of cost control, quantity take-offs, valuations, construction scheduling (MS Project or similar), and on-site personnel management. **3. Technical Competencies** * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications. * Knowledge of material and construction process quality control. * Proficiency in engineering software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Advanced Excel. * Familiarity with occupational health and safety management documentation. **4. Personal Competencies** * Decision-making under pressure and in complex environments. * Results-oriented with strong goal achievement focus. * Effective communication with supervisors, contractors, and field workers. * High sense of responsibility, commitment, and adaptability. **5. Key Functions** * Direct and supervise the overall project execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and approved schedules. * Prepare valuations, quantity take-offs, technical reports, and monthly photographic reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. * Represent the company before the supervisory authority. **6. Desired Conditions** * Willingness to work under an atypical work schedule (20 days on / 10 days off) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,900.00 \- S/.6,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
