Currently, we are seeking an: **Agricultural Production Superintendent for Avocado** **Your impact on our team:** You will be responsible for **supervising and controlling avocado crop agricultural production**, ensuring compliance with **quality, sizing, productivity, and cost parameters**, with the objective of guaranteeing internationally standardized fruit for export. ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, control, and execute the crop’s **agricultural production budget**. * Supervise productivity, costs, and performance of assigned fields. * Inspect farms and ensure compliance with **production, plant health, fertigation, and nutrition programs**. * Coordinate with technical departments to guarantee optimal crop health and nutritional status. * Prepare and present **management reports** to support decision-making. * Lead fieldwork teams, promoting efficiency, safety, and goal achievement. * Ensure compliance with guidelines of the **Integrated Management System**, food safety, occupational safety, and environmental protection. ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Agronomic Engineering**. * Minimum **3 to 5 years’ experience in agricultural production** within agro-export companies. * Minimum **3 years’ specific experience in superintendent or managerial positions** in agricultural production. * Proven experience in **avocado crop management**. * Knowledge of **costs, budgets, management indicators, and team leadership**. * Basic **English**. * Proficiency in **MS Office** at user level. * Availability to work **on-site in Chao**, including fieldwork.
