Job Summary: We are seeking an MEP Supervisor for a construction, residential, and real estate project, responsible for reviewing and interpreting requirements, overseeing execution and work valuations, and conducting land surveys. Licensed Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related Engineering degree At SUMAC, we are looking for an MEP Supervisor based in ICA for a construction, residential, and real estate project. \- Review and interpret client requirements for integrating the submitted documentation package. ○ Review of the construction documentation package. ○ Submit and manage procurement-related documentation for specialty equipment required for the project. ○ Directly and continuously address any questions or observations arising during construction execution, in coordination with the Project Manager and Technical Office. ○ Directly and continuously oversee work valuations associated with specialty items. ○ Review As-Built drawings during the project close-out phase (within one month per the construction schedule). \- Conduct land surveying and data collection. Requirements: Licensed Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related Engineering degree Experience as a Specialist Supervisor (IIEE ACI IIMM IISS IICC DACI) in Construction Supervision. Experience in retail projects Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles Registered and licensed professional engineer. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
