You are invited to join Statkraft and contribute your talent as the new **Facility Management Engineer**, becoming part of a greener future. **Job Description** * Provide support in data collection, preparation of technical inputs, and field supervision for infrastructure initiatives at power plants (offices and camps), ensuring quality, comfort, ergonomics, and well-being standards. * Collect and validate field information for preparing technical files, specifications, and Terms of Reference (measurements, photographic records). * Support the tendering stage of Facility Management projects (technical site visits, clarification of queries, and technical evaluation). * Verify contractor compliance with contractual requirements (technical, operational, and safety-related). * Ensure adherence to technical-contractual agreements throughout the project lifecycle, managing milestones, deliverables, valuations, risks, and contract closures. * Supervise on-site compliance with Safety guidelines by contractors and subcontractors, managing required daily documentation and processes for activity commencement and closure. * Identify and propose opportunities for improvement in infrastructure and services provided at camps, offices, and power plants, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, operational needs, and user expectations. **Requirements** **Education Level:** * Bachelor’s Degree **Specialization:** * Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Preference given to candidates with knowledge in process management, improvement, and automation. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in similar positions. **Additional Knowledge:** * Preparation of technical files/Terms of Reference in infrastructure specialties. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD * Advanced-level MS Office. * Intermediate-level English **Additional Information** * Work Schedule: 13x8 * Work Location: Yaupi Hydroelectric Power Plant. * Willingness to travel between various power plants. * Per diems. * Profit-sharing.
