Job Summary: Assist the chef in the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, including preparing sauces, side dishes, and salads, as well as performing mise en place. Key Highlights: 1. Active collaboration in the kitchen Kitchen Assistant – 14x7 shift schedule (Huayllay) Newrest, a multinational catering company, currently operates in over 49 countries and has been present in Peru for 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in airline catering, concessions, retail, and food service, maintenance, and hospitality at remote sites (rotational regime). We are currently seeking an experienced KITCHEN ASSISTANT to work at a MINING CAMP.
