Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to ensure safety, occupational health, and environmental standards on construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises compliance with SSOMA standards on site. 2. Develops and implements SSOMA Management Systems. 3. Manages incidents, reports, and SSOMA documentation. **POSITION: SSOMA SUPERVISOR – CIVIL WORKS** **MG Transporte Ingeniería Servicios**, with **RUC 20611962747**, is seeking an **SSOMA Supervisor** to join our team on construction projects, focused on ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards on site. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards on site. * Develop and implement SSOMA Management Systems (safety, health, and environmental plans). * Identify hazards, assess risks (IPERC), and propose control measures. * Conduct daily safety talks (5\-10 minute briefings). * Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with SCTR for personnel. * Manage incidents, reports, and SSOMA documentation. * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions in the field. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations on safety and the environment. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Bachelor's degree or graduate** in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 3 years of DOCUMENTED experience** in **SSOMA** on **construction projects**. * Experience developing and implementing SSOMA Management Systems. * Knowledge of current legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection. * Proficiency in management tools: **IPERC, ATS, PPE monitoring**, etc. * Competence in **first aid and fire extinguisher use**. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Work modality: On-site * Project location: Manchay Alto * Schedule: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **APPLICATION** Interested candidates must send their **documented CV** and **salary expectations** to: trabajomgobras@gmail.com We seek professionals committed to on-site safety and continuous improvement of processes.
