Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in construction projects, building works, or maintenance, knowledge of sanitary and electrical installations, and construction project management. Management of the Construction Notebook, valuations, and quality control **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 to 2 years of general experience in construction projects, building works, or maintenance. * Proven specific experience supporting Resident Engineer duties. * Supervision experience or specialization in sanitary and electrical installations. * Essential Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret sanitary and electrical installation drawings. * Supervision of occupational safety and health protocols. * Management of the Construction Notebook, valuations, quantity take-offs, and quality control. * Meals and accommodation provided. Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
