**What are we looking for?**
Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
* Primary responsibility for establishing long-term commercial relationships grounded in service quality that enable profitable, sustainable growth with appropriate risk management.
* Conduct portfolio and client analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
* Ability to maximize cross-selling of financial products and services such as payroll payments, supplier payments, local and international collections, and intra-Latin America transaction management.
* Develop the financial program for the client portfolio, identifying and sizing clients’ financial needs based on their credit rating, industry sector, and macroeconomic projections—incorporating solutions in treasury, cash management, foreign trade, leasing, and investment banking. Drive synergies with product specialists, retail banking, and CIB.
* Collaborate within the business unit: BEC Assistant and Customer Service Assistant, as well as general specialists, ensuring all client requirements are fully met.
* Proactively manage business relationships with corporate clients.
* Deliver the bank’s services in a specialized manner.
* Advise corporate clients of the Bank on specialized matters.
* Assume full responsibility for business management—from initiation of the transaction through to disbursement.
* Coordinate with branches, institutional banking, etc., regarding collateral services the Bank can provide, arising from internal business management.
* Plan and schedule visits/calls to portfolio clients and record visit notes for opportunity follow-up.
* Define and conduct analyses of commercial strategies according to portfolio and/or client mix (market share, relationship depth, profitability).
* Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, in response to business needs.

* Evaluate, negotiate, prepare (Pre-Approval Form or Risk Review Committee Report), and submit proposals to the appropriate approval level for sanctioning/follow-up.
* Manage delinquencies, overdue accounts, and client portfolio deterioration.
* Plan and schedule visits/calls to portfolio clients regarding the Bank’s products and services, and record visit notes for opportunity follow-up.
**Requirements:**
* Education Level: Graduates or Bachelor’s degree holders in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
* Experience: 2 years in corporate banking, preferably within business banking institutions, in roles such as junior business officer, business executive / business assistant / senior commercial officer.
* Additional Knowledge: Financial statement analysis skills; familiarity with financial products (e.g., leasing, letters of guarantee, foreign trade); customer management techniques.
* MS Excel (Intermediate–Advanced), MS PowerPoint.
* English: Intermediate.
