Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst for a fuel company, responsible for executing accounting and financial processes, analyzing accounts, and preparing financial statements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of accounting and financial processes 2. Account analysis and preparation of financial statements 3. Support in tax processes and bank reconciliations The company is engaged in fuel sales and operates a chain of service stations; it is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration. * Intermediate and/or advanced Excel proficiency. * Minimum 2 years of experience in account analysis and preparation of financial statements. * Experience handling tax withholdings, tax return preparation, and completion of PDT forms. * Solid knowledge of accounting standards. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in an industry operating 365 days per year. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute activities related to accounting and financial processes and operations of business units to achieve the corporation’s strategic objectives. * Record purchases and sales of business units. * Support the calculation and payment of taxes owed by business units to SUNAT. * Perform analysis of accounting accounts of business units. * Record supplier invoices for corresponding payment across each business unit. * Record accounting entries for paid invoices at service stations. * Participate in bank reconciliation processes for business unit accounts and record reconciliations in accounting systems (Innova). * Perform analysis of accounting accounts of business units. * Prepare and issue financial statements for business units. * Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax declarations and payments for business units. * Participate in the annual inventory process of business unit stock and maintain corresponding accounting records. * Support generation of accounting reports for the Board of Directors. * Support preparation of monthly survey data for INEI and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. * Submit the Annual Tax Return (DJ). * Perform other duties assigned by the company. Remuneration: S/. 2,000.00 to S/. 2,500.00 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
