WORK SCHEDULE **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 am to 6:00 pm *(Lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 pm)* **Saturdays:** 8:30 am to 1:00 pm REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture**. * Residency in **Ate or neighboring districts**. * Experience in **development of single-family and multi-family projects**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion**. * Knowledge of **preparation and assembly of Factory Declaration and Independence documentation** *(not mandatory)*. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop the **architectural drawings corresponding to assigned projects**. * Coordinate with professionals from various specialties involved in assigned projects. * Prepare and assemble **documentation for municipal permits and registry procedures**. * Conduct field visits for **land or company measurements and surveys**, when required.
