We are a company specializing in **telecommunications engineering** and project execution for the mining sector. We are currently seeking a **Field Supervisor – Telecommunications (Mining Sector)** for the **expansion of the foam analysis system**, to be carried out at the **Anglo American Quellaveco mining unit (Moquegua)**. This position is critical to lead and supervise surface-based work execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, project schedules, mining safety regulations, and established quality guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the execution of **CCTV camera installation**, **structured cabling**, **fiber optic termination**, **electrical connections**, and **instrumentation** works at the mining unit. * Manage assigned **resources and field crews**, ensuring achievement of operational objectives. * Procure **materials** in accordance with approved engineering specifications. * Prepare **daily reports**, progress reports, and weekly planning reports for the client and direct supervisor. * Verify compliance with **technical standards**, operating procedures, and project specifications. * Coordinate with the client on **work scheduling** and area release. * Maintain ongoing coordination with **HSE and Quality departments**, ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health, and quality standards. * Lead the field team, promoting good safety practices, order, and productivity. **Mandatory Requirements** * Licensed professional engineer (mandatory), in one of the following disciplines: * Telecommunications Engineering * Electronics Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Minimum of **three (3) years’ experience** as a Field Supervisor or in similar roles within **telecommunications projects**. * Proven experience in **mining projects**. * Experience in **CCTV implementation**, **fiber optics**, **instrumentation**, **electrical cabling**, and **structured data cabling**. * Experience in **resource management**, team leadership, and construction progress control. * Experience performing work at **heights**. * Knowledge of **mining safety regulations**, IPERC development, SSOMA management, and quality control. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, **AutoCAD**, and **Google Earth**. * Willingness to travel and work as required by the mining project. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience working in a **concentrator plant**. * Knowledge of **SCADA control and instrumentation systems**. **Competencies and Skills** * Leadership and effective communication. * Planning and organizational capability. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills in the field. * High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. **What We Offer** * Travel allowances for assignments outside the city. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Continuous training on technologies applied to the mining sector. * Opportunity to participate in high-impact mining projects.
