




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Kitchen Assistant with a passion for gastronomy to support dish preparation and maintain kitchen order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in preparing menu dishes (breakfast and lunch) 2. Service-oriented, responsible, and proactive individual 3. Teamwork and passion for gastronomy Support in preparing menu dishes (breakfast and lunch) Ensure appropriate quantities of ingredients required for the day Prepare sauces, side dishes, and beverages Receive, inspect, clean, and distribute goods Clean, peel, and cut vegetables Mix ingredients, restock supplies, and assist in production Check stock levels of ingredients to be used during service as needed Assist the cook in keeping the kitchen and storage area clean Other duties related to the position. Requirements: Six months of experience as a Kitchen Assistant Service-oriented, responsible, proactive, quick-thinking, well-organized, articulate, courteous, team-oriented, orderly, punctual, and passionate about gastronomy Reside in areas adjacent to Comas Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour break); Sundays and holidays off Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
