Requires strong communication and organizational skills Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Remote At MP Outsourcing Logístico, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our client’s users by managing the scheduling and coordination of maintenance for light vehicles and automobiles. If you have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and organizational ability, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities \* Contact customers to coordinate and schedule maintenance for their vehicles. \* Register and update information in the system, ensuring accurate service scheduling. \* Provide assistance and support to users during the coordination process. \* Follow up on requests and scheduled services. \* Provide administrative support and perform operational-related tasks. Requirements \* Completed secondary education. \* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. \* Administrative or operational experience preferred. \* Strong verbal and written communication skills. \* Organizational and follow-up capabilities. \* Basic computer literacy. \* Availability to work remotely. Working Conditions \* Work modality: 100% remote. \* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \* Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. \* Formal employment under MYPE payroll. \* Monthly salary: S/1,200\.
