Description

Job Summary: Support strategic decision-making through data analysis, report management, and implementation of digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Influence the department's strategic decision-making. 2. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI. 3. Automate processes and workflows using Power Platform. Provide department leadership with reliable and timely information derived from validated source systems to support and influence strategic decision-making. Manage data access, integration, and analysis for report generation, ensuring establishment and adherence to standards of data quality, integrity, and reliability. * Collect, process, and analyze data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability. * Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities supporting decision-making. * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI for various levels within the department. * Design, develop, and maintain digital applications and solutions using Power Apps. * Automate processes and workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 tools. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization, proposing and implementing technological solutions. * Provide support and manage implemented digital solutions, ensuring their operation and continuous improvement. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to fulfill the department's mission. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum two years of experience in data analysis, digital solution development, and/or process automation. * Desired training in data analysis and modeling with DAX, Data Analytics & BI, Power Platform, and/or technology management. * Advanced knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft Office 365. * Familiarity with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, databases, and information integration is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Analytical thinking, problem-solving, collaborative work, results orientation, and effective communication.
