




A steel importing and trading company is seeking an Operational Processes Analyst. Workplace: Calle Pacífico 686 – Carmen de la Legua Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Work Modality: On-site Employment under formal payroll with all statutory benefits (general regime) Compensation: Market-competitive salary Requirements: Technical and/or university degree (Bachelor’s degree) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. Intermediate–advanced Office skills. Basic English. ERP knowledge is desirable. Training in Warehouse and Inventory Management. Three years of work experience in this position or similar roles. Main Responsibilities: Validate the accurate, timely, and properly documented registration of movements and operational processes in the system. Supervise compliance with inventory management policies, identifying risks and non-compliances, and issuing alerts and corrective actions. Develop and maintain operational reports and indicators, analyzing efficient resource utilization and proposing improvements to management. Conduct internal audits of operational processes, evaluating their compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness, and documenting findings and improvement actions. Verify physical merchandise sampling, document discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with responsible parties.
