Job Summary: This role aims to ensure process-based management through the identification, analysis, design, and implementation of initiatives, as well as the continuous improvement of operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and implement strategic process initiatives. 2. Collaborate in continuous improvement and operational efficiency. 3. Participate in the design and monitoring of key processes. **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Ensure process-based management through the identification, analysis, design, and implementation of process initiatives. 1\. Document general and specific processes by gathering field information and validating it with user departments. 2\. Participate in strategic projects from the process perspective, supporting activities such as assessment, opportunity identification, monitoring, documentation, and deployment. 3\. Implement improvement opportunities using tools such as flowcharts, SIPOC diagrams, and statistical analysis. 4\. Ensure optimal performance of specific processes and support the implementation of operational efficiency initiatives, guaranteeing their proper execution and contributing to continuous improvement. 5\. Monitor the execution of the planned process portfolio, verifying progress, deadlines, and responsible parties. 6\. Propose and execute, with support from the Technology department (if necessary), solutions to achieve user departments’ goals. 7\. Actively participate in scope definition and initiative monitoring meetings for processes, preparing meeting minutes, action plans, and work schedules. 8\. Participate in customer experience assessment activities, supporting the development of Patient Journey Maps. 9\. Maintain the documented process repository up to date and collaborate in updating the company’s Process Map. **Requirements** **Candidate** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, and/or Business Administration. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, and/or Business Administration. * Process Management and Project Management; knowledge of agile methodologies. * Knowledge of Lean methodology. * Tools: Bizagi Modeler, MS Excel (Intermediate), MS Project (Intermediate), Power BI\- Intermediate. **Selection** **Process** ---------------------------- The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
