A reputable company specializing in hazardous waste management and treatment is currently seeking **Loading and Unloading Operators** to strengthen its operations team. We are looking for team members who demonstrate responsibility, commitment, and a strong work ethic, capable of performing operational tasks while adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and waste according to operational requirements. * Maintain order in the work area and support operational information recording. * Carry out additional tasks assigned by the area supervisor to ensure smooth operational functioning. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Residence in Ventanilla or nearby areas adjacent to Parque Porcino. * Availability to work during one of the following shifts: * Morning shift: 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with fixed weekly rest on Sundays. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Monthly salary of S/ 1,300\. * Biweekly payments. * Additional bonus of S/ 800 in June and November. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Career growth and professional development opportunities within the organization.
