Teamwork development and proactivity **JOB OBJECTIVE** **At Tamal Tabien, we continue growing—and we want you to be part of our team!** Provide courteous and efficient customer service, ensuring an appropriate experience during customers' visits while keeping the salon clean, orderly, and in optimal condition. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Customer Service and Salon** * Greet and attend to customers courteously. * Perform duties as **waitress and host/hostess**. * Accurately take and record customer orders. * Execute **order dispatching** and coordinate order fulfillment with relevant departments. * Guide customers on available products. * Verify that orders are delivered correctly and promptly. * Maintain a friendly, proactive, and service-oriented attitude. **Cleaning and Order** * Keep the salon clean and orderly throughout the shift. * Clean and disinfect tables and chairs. * Sweep and mop the salon and assigned areas. * Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of restrooms. * Keep customer service areas organized. * Assist with general establishment cleaning when required. **COMPETENCIES** * Customer orientation. * Friendliness and effective communication. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Proactivity. * Organization and cleanliness. * Ability to work under pressure. * Positive attitude and willingness to perform multifunctional duties. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Friday to Sunday: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM **Rotating day off** Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,280.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
