Job Summary: We are seeking Construction Assistants for engineering and civil construction projects, responsible for manual excavations and field support, ensuring quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform manual excavations and trench digging. 2. Assist with the installation of underground pipes and cabling. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. At **C\&R Integral Service S.A.C.**, a company specialized in executing engineering and civil construction projects, we are currently seeking **Construction Assistants** for manual excavation tasks and on-site support. This position is critical to ensuring timely project completion and adherence to quality and safety standards on site. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform manual excavations and trench digging according to technical specifications. * Assist with the installation of underground pipes, ducts, or cabling. * Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on site. * Prepare mixtures and assist with basic civil construction tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Strictly comply with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage requirements. * Report any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to the direct supervisor. * Support other assigned operational activities on site. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in: * Manual excavations. * Trench digging. * Field civil construction work. * Installation of underground pipes or cabling (desirable). * Good physical condition and stamina for continuous work. * Experience working in high-temperature environments. * Basic knowledge of on-site safety regulations. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work full-day shifts on site. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Discipline and adherence to instructions. * Commitment to safety. * Tolerance for physically demanding work.
