Your Mission in This Role: As an Operational Advisor, you will be the driving force connecting our corporate clients’ needs with our logistics execution. Your main responsibilities will be: Comprehensive Management: Serve as the strategic point of contact for corporate clients, delivering agile and customized solutions. Omnichannel Support: Address inquiries and propose improvements via WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital channels using a consultative approach. Operational Liaison: Closely coordinate with the Operations team to ensure every service meets our standards of punctuality and quality. Value Tracking: Monitor service status in real time to proactively anticipate any issues. What Profile Are We Looking For? Proactive Attitude: Natural service orientation and passion for problem solving. Impactful Communication: Excellent diction, spelling, and empathy. Multitasking Ability: Capacity to organize processes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Education: Students or graduates (in administration, communications, tourism, or related fields). Prior experience is not required—we train you! What We Offer: Stability: Full-time (permanent) contract. Location: Office in Magdalena del Mar (on-site). Fixed Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (with one fixed weekly day off: Saturday or Sunday). Compensation Package: Competitive salary + performance bonus.
