




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Purchasing Assistant to manage and support procurement processes and supplier control within an international business group. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages purchase and service orders 2. Administers the supplier qualification process 3. We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **ADMINISTRATIVE PURCHASING ASSISTANT** **✅ REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: 6 months in similar roles. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, reports). **⚡ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and Service Orders (SO) in the system according to approved requests. * Verify that requests have budgetary approval and appropriate supporting documentation. * Validate prices, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and payment methods prior to order issuance. * Send orders to suppliers and follow up on their confirmation. * Maintain updated records and control of issued orders. * Manage the supplier qualification process, collecting and validating required documentation. * Update and maintain the supplier master data in the system. * Support supplier performance evaluation and monitoring. * Assist in drafting, controlling, and archiving supplier contracts. * Track contract validity periods and alert regarding expirations or renewals. * Organize and maintain the department’s physical and digital filing systems. * Prepare administrative reports and comparative charts as required. * Comply with internal procurement procedures and policies. **We look forward to welcoming you!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * What is your availability? * How many years of experience do you have managing procurement processes? * In which district do you reside?
