IMS Consultant - Junior

Job Summary: A professional with experience in implementing and managing integrated systems, providing advisory services and training to optimize processes and ensure compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) 2. Advise clients and coordinate projects 3. Plan and conduct internal audits · Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. · Diplomas and/or specialized courses in Integrated Management Systems. · Training on occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental legal regulations. · Certification as Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor. · Course and/or training in process management or BPM. · At least 1 year of experience implementing management systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 37001, and ISO 45001 in consulting firms or other sectors. · Knowledge of and/or implementation experience with Law No. 29783 and its Regulation. · Microsoft Office (Intermediate) **Responsibilities:** · Prepare all required documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.) for implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS). · Provide advisory services to clients regarding needs and/or issues requiring resolution to achieve the objectives of each IMS implementation project. · Deliver presentations and training sessions to raise awareness about management systems for assigned projects. · Coordinate with client personnel to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and project objectives. · Schedule consultancy sessions according to project timelines. · Prepare consultancy reports and statistics for performance analysis of services. · Coordinate and supervise client personnel directly involved in IMS implementation projects to facilitate objective achievement. · Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System programs. · Plan and conduct internal audits. · Perform inspections and/or compliance audits of client processes. · Propose improvements to enhance client Integrated Management System performance. · Support company-organized events promoting its services. · Perform other duties assigned in accordance with the nature of the position. Contract duration: three (3) months, with possibility of renewal.
