This is your opportunity to unleash your talent and join our company! **Job Mission:** Maintain optimal coordination and management at both external (client) and internal (brand-assigned team) levels. Create and manage relevant and engaging content for the brand as required. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain clear and effective communication between the internal team and the brand: daily requirement management, pending task organization, deliverable review, service validation, and updates on relevant changes. * Provide peace of mind and expertise to the client by resolving queries with designers and analysts, and representing the agency before the brand. * Ensure the brand receives contracted services, guaranteeing compliance with agreements for mutual benefit. * Thoroughly review spelling and quality of deliverables before submission, ensuring high standards. * Maintain orderly management using tools such as Calendar, Asana, or Excel, including status dashboards, pending tasks, and media plans. * Develop the brand’s planning according to digital strategy, allocating resources creatively and strategically. * Stay updated on trends and developments in social media and digital marketing. * Plan and schedule posts in accordance with the brand’s content matrix. * Conceptualize and create relevant and engaging content in various formats (articles, videos, infographics, carousels), tailored to each platform. * Apply SEO techniques to improve visibility and organic traffic, ensuring content quality. * Monitor content performance, analyze results, and optimize data-driven strategies. * Lead content recordings alongside the audiovisual team. * Collaborate with other departments to align content with the company’s overall objectives. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Assertive communication * Creativity **Requirements:** * Must reside in Lima, Peru. * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * In-depth knowledge of trends and functionality of major social media platforms. * Minimum 1 year of experience creating social media content. **Contract Terms:** * Duration: 1 month * Fee: 2000 soles * Work arrangement: Hybrid — office attendance 1 to 3 days per week. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Employment Type: Freelance Application Question(s): * Do you agree with the offered fee?
