Job Summary: Sanservi S.A.C. is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator to manage, control, and update system documentation, and to schedule audits. Key Highlights: 1. Development and monitoring of annual safety training programs Sanservi S.A.C., a labor intermediation company dedicated to providing Environmental Sanitation and Cleaning services, is seeking a professional for the position of Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator with proven experience. Responsibilities: * Manage, control, update, and administer documentation for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and IMS. * Schedule internal and external audits. * Develop, monitor, and implement the annual Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) training program, among others. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IMS Coordinator or in similar positions within service companies, mandatory. * Higher education degree in Industrial Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of Law No. 29783, ISO standards, and KPI indicator management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work onsite during office hours in the district of San Isidro. * Strong verbal communication skills * Proactive Benefits: * Salary (from PEN 2000 to PEN 2200, negotiable). * Biweekly payments. * Formal employment registration.
