If you are motivated to build reliable solutions with order and a genuine focus on quality, this opportunity may be right for you. **Role Purpose:** Lead the electrical installation of environments on construction sites, ensuring completion of project activities. **What You Will Do in This Role:** * Team leadership and on-site crew supervision. * Technical interpretation of electrical installation drawings. * Supervision of EMT conduit installation, wiring, and low-voltage panel assembly. * Monitoring of grounding systems and operation of measurement equipment. **What We Look for in You:** * **Education:** Electrical Technician with specialization in electrical installations. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years as an operator, crew leader, or similar role. * **Background:** At least 36 months of experience in the field (hospitals, shopping centers, industrial facilities, or schools). * **Software:** Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit 3D, and Google Workspace. * Availability to travel within the country. **Employment Conditions** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Why Join Roland Print?** * You will engage with real-world projects, modern equipment, and standardized processes. * We believe in continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
