




Job Summary: Ensure administrative, operational, and financial control and management of a restaurant or restobar, guaranteeing compliance with procedures and profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise administrative and operational processes of the establishment. 2. Manage cash flow and control income/expenses. 3. Analyze management indicators and propose improvements. **Job Objective** Ensure control and proper administrative, operational, and financial management of the restaurant or restobar by supervising logistics, warehouse, procurement, cash handling, costs, inventories, expenses, human resources, and operations—ensuring compliance with internal procedures and business profitability. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and control administrative and operational processes of the establishment. * Manage and monitor cash flow, cash counts, daily closings, and deposits. * Control income, expenditures, and operational expenses. * Prepare sales, cost, and profitability reports. * Supervise procurement and supply of inputs. * Control inventories, stock valuation, and shrinkage. * Verify proper warehouse handling and internal transfers. * Conduct internal audits of cash, inventories, and operational processes. * Coordinate with kitchen, dining room, bar, warehouse, and administration departments. * Analyze management indicators and propose improvement actions. * Supervise compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Monitor supplier payments and administrative obligations. * Support management in decision-making through reports and management indicators. * Supervise proper personnel administration in coordination with Human Resources. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within the gastronomy sector, restaurants, restobars, or hospitality industry. * Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, logistics, and operational management. * Experience in cash handling and financial control. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. * Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software. * Availability to work rotating shifts as required by operations. **Competencies** * Leadership and team supervision. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * High level of responsibility and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure.
