It all starts with YOU! **About You** In this Forklift Operator role, you will focus on winning with consumers and the market, placing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. * Perform the process checklist by completing tracking forms at the start of your work shift. * Execute compliance with the Quality MGI and the QMS/ISO 9001/BPM/BPA system under the priorities of: Clean and safe products, Customer/User/Servant satisfaction, Quality Management System, and Quality Culture. * Obtain required certifications for performing high-risk tasks. * Immediately report any critical findings from your area to your Leader. * Carry out deliveries/receipts of contract manufacturing, preparation and storage of materials, imports, and returns entering the warehouse, following established procedures from the department. * Comply with BPA procedures, internal procedures, housekeeping, EHS, in all daily tasks performed. * Verify that products are stored according to specifications outlined in the storage procedure to maintain quality; immediately escalate any observations to your direct Leader. * Conduct daily pre-use inspections of assigned forklifts (with forks, with roll clamps) and assigned electric stacker, reporting their actual condition and keeping the unit clean for operation. To succeed in this position, you will need the following qualifications: **Required Qualifications** * Completed secondary education. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Experience operating pallet jacks. A valid Class A1 driver’s license is mandatory. * Proficiency in operating forklifts, stackers, and pallet jacks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and electricity is desirable. * BASC/OEA, BPM, and BPA certifications are desirable. * Basic familiarity with WMS, radio frequency, SAP, and basic Office applications is desirable. **Guided by Purpose.
