




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk with experience in inventory control and culinary operations for a restaurant specializing in seafood cuisine. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management of food and supplies, and Kardex control. 2. Application of BPM, BPA, HACCP, and 5S / Lean standards in the warehouse. 3. Organized, analytical, and responsible individual with culinary industry experience. A seafood-specialized restaurant \- cevicherías \- is seeking a Warehouse Clerk with experience in inventory control and culinary operations. **Responsibilities** * Management and control of food and supply inventories. * Kardex registration and control. * Minimum and maximum stock control. * Receiving and verification of goods from suppliers. * FIFO / FEFO rotation control. * Monitoring of product shrinkage and consumption. * Control of warehouse cleaning and organization checklists. * Coordination with kitchen and administration for procurement. * System entry and document control. **Required Knowledge** * Inventory and Kardex management. * Food cost and supply control. * BPM, BPA, and HACCP. * 5S / Lean (organization and efficiency). * Excel and office tools. * **Restaurant.pe system (preferred).** **Profile** * Experience in restaurants or culinary chains. * **Experience in cevicherías (desirable).** * Organized, analytical, and responsible individual. **Conditions** * Salary: S/ 1,600 – S/ 1,800 * MYPE payroll * Working hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm * One day off between Monday and Thursday * Meals provided * Corporate discounts Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
